I shopped here online because they were sold out in my size everywhere else. I paid extra to get it early. Still waited an extra 7 days to receive. I get it delivered yesterday and it's not what I ordered. Customer service is a joke. Sent multiple emails only answered 1. The chat bot doesn't work. And I'm still waiting for a phone call.

Very much so love and enjoy the app. However there is an issue with the app that won't allow some users to access the raffles and enter.... I was lucky that I have the app on my tablet too or I would have missed out on the opportunity to enter a sneaker raffle. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone it has the same issue. Overall still love the app!!

love the app but currently haven't been able to enter raffles, it just blinks and glitches, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and back in and it's still happening which sucks cuz I usually win the raffle whenever I enter so I was kinda counting on this to b fixed before the Cement 4s drop next Wknd. When working properly the app is GOAT STATUS
